For the umpteenth time paid goods were missing. If you politely address the unfriendly, impersonal, catastrophically organized staff, you get snotty answers. By far the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever seen. 1 star only because you cannot assign zero !!!!!

Every now and then with pleasure ... only I installed the MCD app, only with the app would I still be there today. Either it's the load or the app needs to be overhauled. For me, the app is just a smart piece of paper. Actually, you should only confirm once in the store that you are there, the order is transmitted, you pay and you get a pick-up code. But that didn't work the two times I wanted to order with the app .... so make improvements.

Read some negative reviews. Great service for me. Ordered by app. And realized too late that the burger was missing. Again and noted. I was already prepared for discussions, but quite the opposite. Very nice and accommodating service! Simply great!

What I don't like at all here are the opening times ... a year ago they were open 24 hours, now they don't open until 7 a.m. Before, I always got a burger and a coffee here when I went to work at 5:30 a.m. Now I can't do that anymore and I find it very unfair. Well, you can't do anything more, you have to take my coffee with you from home, which in turn costs me a few minutes more .....

Today (almost) everything was good. Very friendly staff, the table was freshly wiped for us and the order was at the table in no time at all. A star print for the counted napkin ...

For in between times good but really only for in between, I don't know how you can eat here regularly !? The food is simply clapped on each other and cooked carelessly every time the food is lukewarm or cold 👎👎👎

What can you say ... as always, actually. I found the security concept really good ... especially ... that the employees also pay attention to how the guests behave.

After I had to bring my burger back because of a hair, I waited 25 minutes in vain for a new one. When I asked where the burger was, I was called very rude by the service as outrageous and disrespectful. Just because I “earn more” doesn't mean I should be disrespectful, etc. I only asked for the manager. The cashier got very short-tempered and wanted to attack me, which three of the employees barely managed to keep her from doing. Just plain outrageous service. It can also be said that the tables are so dirty that at the beginning I had to clean my table myself, so I had to clear away the remains of the previous customer myself. Also, my order wasn't complete at the beginning (two burgers, two sauces, and serving dishes and straws were missing). To sum up, a cheeky and lazy staff striving for violence. And a dirty shop.

Cold burger, old lettuce, non-melted cheese, no onion. I do not recommend this place.

The Mcdonalds chain has now used cheap straws that constantly dissolve and abolished plastic straws. This leads to the fact that you can no longer enjoy your drink because the taste is reduced and you always have fluff from the straw on or in your mouth. Furthermore, the recording on the Mcdrive is always faulty and you do not receive your complete order when you issue it. I strongly advise against ordering from Mcdonalds.

Staff friendly and helpful, food and drinks as known and expected. The outside area is right at the intersection, even below the carriageway level. In relation to the customer visit, it could be tidier and cleaner.

Food incomplete, no food for dinner at the table, food cold, burger in the box fell apart, no gift for HappyMeal, snotty reaction to my complaints. The restaurant was very dirty and on hints was not responding, "you know," kan in response. I am completely disappointed.

Personalis friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately tables weren`t clean and the staires to the upper floor were pretty sticky. In restroom the dryer wasn´t working. when we talked to the manager, he knew about it, but didn`t even offer paper towls. Allin All Service is OK, but a littele bit dirty and run down.
